Registered Field Nurse
UJC Home Attendant Service Corp. is a Manhattan based licensed Home Care Agency serving the four boroughs of New York with quality Home Care for nearly 40 years. We fully comply with all NYS Department of Health Rules and Regulations and offer the highest quality of care to our clients.
Job Description:
UJC is seeking the right individual to join our team of nurses.
Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State (BSN)
- Experience as an RN in a home care setting (preferable)
Duties:
- NO UAS VISITS
- Initial client visit, supervisory and reassessment every 6 months
- Completing 485’s
- Planning and implementing plan of care
- Evaluation visits for HHAs and PCAs
- Conducting HHA training classes and competency
- Post-Hospital visits & emergency visits
- Conducting in-service classes if needed
Language: Bilingual - Spanish/English
Job Type: Per Diem/Part-Time
Salary: $40-$50 per hour depending on experience
